Refund Policy and FAQs

We gladly accept exchanges and returns. You may return unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the price of the product. All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt, in good condition & product tags still intact. We will process the return based on the original form of payment, no exceptions.

For questions about an online merchandise order, call us at 330-740-7116 ext. 120, or email us at ginfo@millcreekmetroparks.org. Be sure to include your order details.

We generally process your order within 2-3 business days of order placement (Mon-Fri 8:30 am - 4:30 pm). Once processed, your order will ship. Estimated shipping transit time is not guaranteed.

**Please note: During times of high volume (holidays or events), our processing and shipping times may be longer. Postal facilities have faced many challenges this year and continue to see delays. Deliveries may be delayed due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or delays in the sorting and scanning of mail. We appreciate your patience, and please contact us with any questions.

You may exchange/return items bought through our online store at Fellows Riverside Gardens. Please bring your original form of payment/credit card & receipt.

Don't have access to one of our local shops - that's ok! You can exchange/return items you purchased online by emailing ginfo@millcreekmetroparks.org. Note, sender will pay for shipping fees to send back.
